Thriving in Academia
“Thriving in Academia (TIA)” is an exclusive Faculty Center initiative to support faculty by meeting their needs and interests regardless of where they are on their academic career path. With support for Tenure Track, Non-Tenure Track, and Graduate Students, TIA functions as both a broad guide for faculty as they progress through professional training for their advancement and as a mechanism to identify the next steps in educational development.

Faculty Center Activity Dashboards
The Faculty Center provides Georgia Southern faculty with dashboards designed to provide easy access to reports on their Faculty Center activities. Faculty can download the reports to add to their faculty narratives.
Accessing Faculty Center Transcripts on the PD Dashboard
Georgia Southern Faculty will use the Georgia Southern Google login to access the personalized dashboard instead of creating a new Smarthsheet account.
To access the personalized dashboard:
- Open the dashboard link
- Open the following link: Faculty Center PD Dashboard.
- Sign in with Georgia Southern’s Google credentials
- Choose Sign in with Google on the Smartsheet sign in page.
- Enter your @georgiasouthern.edu email address when prompted.
- Complete the sign in process.
The Faculty Center Transcript dashboard will load.
